Visual Communications Company (VCC), a global leader in illuminated components is adding several direct incandescent replacement LEDs to its ever-expanding lineup. Thanks to the recent acquisition of Display Products, Inc. (DPP), VCC is offering LEDs that drive energy-saving solutions for a range of applications.
In mid-October, VCC announced the first wave of available replacement LED products, including the bi-pin model of the T-2 Slide Based LED Lamp. Now, the innovative company is making additional models available to provide several benefits for manufacturers, designers and even end users seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
This next wave of rollouts includes T-2 Slide Based LED lamps in voltages ranging from 12V to 120VAC, as well as the new and noteworthy T-3 1/4 Miniature LEDs.
The T-2 Slide Based LED lamps fit directly into standard incandescent sockets to deliver increased reliability and operation life at a significantly lower energy consumption and heat output. The T-2 Slide Based LEDs are available in six single colors: red, amber, green, orange, blue and white, as well as a red/green bi-color option.
The T-3 1/4 miniature LED lamps deliver longer life, use up to 90 percent less energy than incandescent lamps and eliminate downtime due to bulb replacements. These LEDs are ideal for drop-in replacements used within push button indicators and include bayonet and screw base options. Best of all, the T-3 1/4 include a Fresnel lens for enhanced visibility and indication.
With voltages ranging from 5-60 VDC or 120VAC, the T-3 1/4 Miniature LED lamps are available in five LED colors: red, amber, green, blue and white. Customers have options in lens color, too — the Fresnel lens is available in red, amber, green, blue and water clear.
“We are pleased to offer customers energy-saving solutions through direct incandescent replacement bulbs, our T-1 3/4 LEDs will have a big impact on applications with miniature indicators, from industrial equipment to aircraft and mission-critical indication.”
