For Scott Health & Safety, when it came to developing an indicator on an instrumental detection device used to identify poisonous gases, the solution presented some special LED requirements. This was accomplished by splitting the light from a single source LED into a dual output light pipe. The increased viewing angle will provide clear indication for the user no matter how the device is held. Another important feature will be the ability of VCC products to create a tight mounting seal.
