VCC is pleased to announce achievement of ISO 9001:2008 certification. VCC has been ISO 9001 certified since 2008. Certification to the new 2008 version of the ISO standard validates the process approach developed and implemented by VCC that improves the effectiveness of the quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction.

ISO 9001:2008 (the most recent version of the certification standard) is internationally recognized for promoting a process approach to improving the effectiveness of a Quality Management System, enhancing customer satisfaction, and meeting customer requirements. Certification indicates independent verification that VCC meets the requirements of the standard. The assessments look at the process that a company uses to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

The VCC certification was conducted by Professional Quality Assessments (PQA), a highly reputable ISO assessment provider.
